Abstract
This study examines dopamine as a new currency in marketing within the Indian digital market, focusing on psychological drivers and barriers influencing consumer engagement. Integrating neuropsychology with marketing, it analyses dopaminestimulating strategies such as gamification, reward anticipation, and personalization in enhancing interaction and loyalty. Findings reveal that while these techniques boost engagement, barriers like overstimulation and cognitive fatigue reduce effectiveness. Ethical concerns significantly moderate outcomes, as perceived manipulation diminishes consumer trust. Using psychometric tools and regression analysis among urban Indian consumers, the study emphasises balanced, transparent, and culturally sensitive neuromarketing practices, contributing valuable insights for responsible marketing and future interdisciplinary research.

Abstract
Interstate migrant women workers constitute a vulnerable segment of Kerala's labour force, facing multiple challenges related to health, hygiene, and psychological well-being. Separation from family, unfamiliar social environments and long working hours often lead to stress, anxiety, and emotional insecurity. Inadequate sanitation, poor housing conditions, and limited access to gender-sensitive healthcare further aggravate their vulnerability. This study examines the living conditions, hygiene facilities, and access to healthcare services of interstate migrant women labourers in Kerala using primary data collected from 150 respondents in Thiruvananthapuram district. The study employs chi-square tests to assess the effectiveness of facilities and variations in healthcare access. The findings reveal significant inadequacies in sanitation, menstrual hygiene, and healthcare awareness, indicating the need for policy reforms, improved employer accountability, and targeted government interventions to ensure the dignity, safety, and well-being of migrant women workers.

Abstract
The electronics market has expanded rapidly due to continuous technological advancement and changing consumer lifestyles, leading to increased demand for premium-priced electronic products. Rising prices have made the upfront payment difficult for many consumers, encouraging the adoption of No-Cost EMI schemes. While No-Cost EMI improves affordability and purchase convenience, it also requires sufficient consumer awareness and careful evaluation of terms and repayment conditions. This study examines the role of consumer awareness and due diligence in influencing buying behaviour towards No-Cost EMI in the electronics sector. The findings reveal that consumers exhibit a moderate level of awareness and due diligence, with variations observed across gender and income groups. Male and higher-income consumers demonstrate relatively better understanding and careful evaluation of EMI terms compared to others. The study highlights that the responsibility utilisation of No-Cost EMI depends on consumers' ability to make informed and careful purchase decisions.

Abstract
The implementation of IFRS 16 has significantly transformed lease accounting by requiring lessees to recognise most leases on the balance sheet, thus enhancing transparency and also impacting key financial metrics. This study investigates the extent and nature of lease-related disclosures under IFRS 16 and their influence on financial ratios among selected aviation and telecom companies in India (Interglobal Aviation Ltd and Bharti Airtel Ltd). A comprehensive disclosure checklist has been developed, and adherence to mandatory requirements is assessed using financial statements. The study also evaluates the influence of these mandatory requirements on financial performance indicators such as asset turnover ratio, debt to equity ratio and interest coverage ratio. The findings suggest that both companies have either fully or mostly disclosed the necessary information as per the standard. It is also observed that IND AS 116 adoptions had no statistically significant impact on any of the related financial ratios for either company, and hence on the sectors that have large leasing assets.

Abstract
The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence technologies presents both opportunities and challenges for entrepreneurship education. This study investigates the role of AI in enhancing entrepreneurial competencies and compares the effectiveness of AI-powered and traditional entrepreneurship education programs. The results show that AI-powered entrepreneurship education programs outperform traditional programs in enhancing entrepreneurial competencies, particularly in areas such as innovation, risk management and digital literacy. This comparative analysis explores the impact of AI-powered and traditional entrepreneurship education programs on enhancing entrepreneurial competencies. The study reveals that AI-powered programs offer personalised learning experiences, real-time feedback and tailored guidance, and develop essential entrepreneurial skills such as creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking. The integration of AI-powered tools with traditional pedagogies can create a hybrid model that leverages the strengths of both approaches. The study highlights the potential of AI-powered programs to enhance creativity, improve decision-making and increase accessibility in entrepreneurship education.

Abstract
This study examines the role of digital Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in promoting financial inclusion among the unbanked populations in India, focusing on usage patterns, perceived benefits and challenges, and financial well-being. Although smartphone ownership (95 per cent) and internet access (89 per cent) were high among respondents, 60 per cent relied on agents or intermediaries to access digital lending services, highlighting a gap between digital access and effective utilisation. Chi-square analysis revealed that direct digital engagement was significantly associated with higher perceived benefits and fewer challenges. A one-way ANOVA indicated a statistically significant difference in financial well-being scores across user groups (F = 18.62, p < 0.001), with respondents applying directly through mobile applications reporting the highest well-being levels. Post hoc tests confirmed that independent digital users had significantly better outcomes than those relying on agents or not engaging digitally. The findings suggest that digital NBFCs can enhance financial inclusion, but their effectiveness depends on promoting direct digital engagement through improved app usability, digital literacy initiatives, infrastructure development, and trust-building measures.

Abstract
Bibliometric analysis is to uncover emerging trends in article and journal performance, collaboration patterns, and research constituents, and explore the
intellectual structure of a specific domain in the extant literature. We used BiblioShiny through R Studio on 7913 documents to fetch databases from 2015 to 2025. This study identified relevant authors, highly cited publications, prominent themes and keywords, and co-citation networks. This article will help explore more into the areas of employability and higher education, which can guide policymakers and institutions in designing policies. The findings indicate that academic interest in employability in higher education is increasing, with a notable rise in publications since 2020 and a steady expansion in scholarly output. On the other hand, a downward trend in the average number of citations per article indicates both a decrease in the impact per article and an increase in publication volume. Key contributors, powerful nations like the UK and Australia, and important journals influencing the conversation are identified in the study. Key research issues, such as student employability, labour market alignment, curriculum design, and skill development, are focused on keyword and theme analyses.
